Shipping

Every Cyrano Gifts & Souvenirs order is made to order — your item is printed and assembled specifically for you in one of our global partner facilities. This reduces waste and ensures a fresh, high-quality product every time.

Processing time

All orders go into production within 24 hours and typically take 3–7 business days to be printed, inspected and packed. Personalized or embroidered items may take slightly longer (up to 10 business days).

Delivery times

  • France & EU: 4–8 business days after production
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days after production
  • United States & Canada: 6–12 business days after production
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days after production

Total estimated delivery = processing time + shipping time. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, weight and selected service (standard or express). We aim to keep shipping fair and transparent — no hidden fees at delivery.

Customs & duties

Thanks to our local print partners in the EU, UK and US, most international orders are fulfilled within the customer’s own region — which means no customs fees or import duties in the vast majority of cases.


Returns & Refunds

Because every Cyrano Gifts & Souvenirs product is printed on demand just for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we happily replace or refund any order that arrives with an issue.

We will replace or refund in these cases:

  • 🎨 Printing defect — misaligned design, faded colors, visible flaws
  • 📦 Damaged in transit — broken, cracked or stained on arrival
  • 🎁 Wrong item received — different size, color or product than ordered
  • Never arrived — lost parcel confirmed by the carrier

How to request a replacement or refund

  1. Contact us at hello@cyranogifts.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (for defects or damage).
  3. We review every case within 48 hours and, if approved, ship a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What we cannot accept

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size selected at checkout (please use our size guide before ordering)
  • Personalized items (with custom name, date or photo) unless defective
  • Items returned without prior approval

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please wait 3 extra business days (postal services sometimes run late), then contact us. We will open a case with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
