🛒 Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via encrypted connection — we never see or store your card details.
In what currency are prices displayed?
Prices are shown in Euros (€) by default. Your bank will convert to your local currency at checkout if you pay with a foreign card.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because every product is made to order and goes into production within 24 hours, we can only modify or cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at hello@cyranogifts.com with your order number.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — a confirmation is sent to your email within minutes of checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery = production (3–7 business days) + shipping:
- France & EU: 4–8 business days after production
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days after production
- United States & Canada: 6–12 business days after production
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days after production
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Thanks to our network of print partners in Europe, the UK and North America, we ship to over 170 countries.
Will I pay customs fees?
In most cases, no. Because our local print partners produce your order in your own region (EU, UK or US), it usually doesn’t cross any border — which means no customs duties and no surprise fees at delivery.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves the workshop, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because every product is printed on demand specifically for you, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your size and selection before ordering — and use our size guide when in doubt.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We’ll make it right immediately. Email us at hello@cyranogifts.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll ship a free replacement or refund you in full within 5–10 business days. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Size mistakes are one of the trickiest parts of buying online, so please use our size chart carefully. Because our items are made to order, we can’t exchange for a wrong-size choice — but we can offer a discount code on a replacement order. Just write to us.
🎨 Products & Quality
Are your designs original?
Yes — every illustration and slogan you see on our store is created in-house, inspired by Bergerac, the Dordogne and the Cyrano legend. We never copy or resell generic designs.
What materials do you use?
- T-shirts & hoodies: 100% ringspun cotton (organic where available), pre-shrunk for durability.
- Mugs: high-fired ceramic, dishwasher and microwave safe.
- Posters: 250 g/m² premium matte archival paper with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- Tote bags: 100% organic cotton canvas, 220–280 g/m².
Are your products eco-friendly?
We take this seriously. Made-to-order production means zero overstock and zero waste. Local printing means shorter freight. Where available, we use organic, OEKO-TEX-certified fabrics. Packaging is 100% recyclable.
Will the print fade over time?
Our DTG (direct-to-garment) and sublimation prints are designed to last for years when cared for properly. Wash inside out in cold water and avoid tumble drying to keep colors vibrant.
📏 Sizing & Fit
How do your t-shirts fit?
Our tees run true to size with a classic unisex fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser style, size up. Each product page includes a detailed size chart in centimeters and inches.
Do you offer kids’ sizes?
Yes — most of our apparel is available from age 3 up to adult XXL. Kids’ sizes are listed on each eligible product page.

Do you offer wholesale or custom orders?
Yes! We work with gift shops, wine estates, hotels and tourism offices across the Dordogne and beyond. For wholesale, private-label or large custom orders, please email us with your project details and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
Can I personalize a product with a name or a date?
Personalization is coming soon on selected items. If you’d like a one-off custom order today, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
