Welcome to Cyrano Gifts & Souvenirs. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All items sold on cyranogifts.com are made to order. Product images are illustrative — slight variations in color, texture or placement may occur due to the handmade nature of printing. We make every effort to describe products accurately.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in Euros (€). As we operate under the French VAT-exempt regime (art. 293 B CGI), our prices are net of VAT — “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI”. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues with our print partners. In such a case, you will be fully refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout. Accepted methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant partners.

6. Production & delivery

Each order goes into production within 24 hours and takes 3–7 business days to produce, plus shipping time depending on destination. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Once your order has entered production (within 2 hours of purchase), it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

Under French consumer law (Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Code de la consommation), customers in the EU benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal on standard online purchases.

However, as allowed under Article L221-28, 3°, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Because every Cyrano Gifts & Souvenirs product is printed on demand specifically for the buyer, the right of withdrawal does not apply to standard orders.

We do accept returns and issue full refunds in cases of printing defects, shipping damage, wrong product received or lost parcels — see our Shipping & Returns policy.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, illustrations, slogans, logos and text on our website are the intellectual property of FCS DEVELOPER / Cyrano Gifts & Souvenirs. You may not reproduce, copy, resell or redistribute any content without prior written consent.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by French law, our liability is limited to the amount of your order. We are not responsible for indirect damages (loss of time, opportunity, etc.). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Force majeure

We cannot be held liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (strikes, pandemics, customs, natural disasters, carrier issues, etc.).

11. Applicable law & disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, we commit to seeking an amicable solution first. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If no agreement is reached, competent jurisdiction is the courts of Bergerac, France.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one posted on the website at the moment of your purchase.
